Collection
Our process begins with receiving raw or impure gold in many forms — dust, flakes, nuggets, or mixed metals — often originating from riverbeds or streambeds. This material, known as placer deposits, consists of loose gold particles mixed with sediment and gravel.
Each collection is carefully documented, weighed, and recorded to ensure full traceability. From this first step, your gold is handled securely and professionally to maintain its integrity throughout the process.

Initial Separation
Before refining can begin, we must separate the gold from surrounding materials. This stage often involves traditional techniques such as gold panning and sluicing:
– Gold Panning uses a curved pan and water to separate heavier gold particles from lighter sediments through density differences.
– Sluicing uses a long channel (sluice box) with ridges that trap heavier gold particles while lighter materials wash away, allowing for larger-scale processing.
While sluicing is efficient, the resulting concentrate usually contains other heavy minerals and requires further cleaning to isolate pure gold.

Magnetic Separation
After gravity separation, the concentrate often still includes non-gold minerals like black sand, a fine mix rich in magnetite. Using strong magnetic separation, we remove these impurities.
This step is essential, as leftover magnetite or similar minerals can interfere with later refining and affect purity results.

Refining
Once impurities are removed, the gold enters the refining phase — the heart of the recovery process. Here, we transform the impure concentrate into a high-purity gold product using advanced methods designed to achieve consistent quality.
The final purity is typically between 18K and 21K for placer gold.
At this stage, the value of gold is determined by three factors:
– Weight
– Purity (karat rating)
– Current market price, which fluctuates with global economic trends.
Our refining ensures you get the true value of your material, free from contamination or uncertainty.

Assay Testing
Before any offer or transaction is made, the gold undergoes assay testing — a formal evaluation to determine exact purity and weight.
This process is crucial for accurate pricing and transparency.
During assaying, our experts verify the composition using industry-standard methods, ensuring the result reflects the real gold content without speculation or estimation.

Final Valuation & Payment
Once the assay confirms purity, we calculate the value based on the live market price and verified weight.
You then receive a clear, written offer — with no hidden fees or vague deductions.
After you accept, payment is processed promptly and securely.
Ownership officially transfers only once the final assay and payment are completed, protecting both parties and ensuring integrity at every step.
